Try this if you want...
Bodyweight Exercise Cardio..weeeee...
Step 1: Select a Overall body cardio exercise (Jumping Jacks, Burpees, Bodyweight Squats etc etc)
Step 2: Select a upper body exercise (Push ups, Dips, Pull ups)
Step 3: Select a lower body exercise (Bodyweight lunges, Bodyweight squats)
Step 4: Select a Core exercise (Crunches, Leg lifts, sit ups)
Okay once you've picked out the 4 exercises, do them in the form of a circuit. Eg: if you picked lets say jumping jacks, push ups, squats and leg lifts, do it in reps of 10 without stopping (Meaning after the leg lifts, immediately go back to the jumping jacks.) for 10 mins. If you are feeling strong then do for 15 mins or more. It somehow enhances weight loss and helps to tone the muscles. Ladies could do it too! I swear you will not get bigger. Ahhh the art of bodyweight workouts =D. Try it..its good fun! and you could get a good workout too! =D
(FYI: i did 10 mins non stop and i panted like one dog..BUT ITS ALL GOOD =D)
