Try this if you want...

Bodyweight Exercise Cardio..weeeee...

Step 1: Select a Overall body cardio exercise (Jumping Jacks, Burpees, Bodyweight Squats etc etc)
Step 2: Select a upper body exercise (Push ups, Dips, Pull ups)
Step 3: Select a lower body exercise (Bodyweight lunges, Bodyweight squats)
Step 4: Select a Core exercise (Crunches, Leg lifts, sit ups)

Okay once you've picked out the 4 exercises, do them in the form of a circuit. Eg: if you picked lets say jumping jacks, push ups, squats and leg lifts, do it in reps of 10 without stopping (Meaning after the leg lifts, immediately go back to the jumping jacks.) for 10 mins. If you are feeling strong then do for 15 mins or more. It somehow enhances weight loss and helps to tone the muscles. Ladies could do it too! I swear you will not get bigger. Ahhh the art of bodyweight workouts =D. Try it..its good fun! and you could get a good workout too! =D

(FYI: i did 10 mins non stop and i panted like one dog..BUT ITS ALL GOOD =D)

alright..time to blog..i know exams are coming and i shld be studying more than playing but haha i just can't soooo..after rht extra lesson and ob extra lecture, me, max, silas and naz and tootz went to parkway...silas went to get his phone first at tm..so its left with me max naz and tootz..took 15 to parkway...saw seng yong and alex on the bus..chat chat abit...when we reach parkway, naz and max went to katong to look at some guitar shop..(i think)..so left me and tootz..went pastamania to eat...accompany tootz as she's super hungry...after eating send her to the bus stop and met with max silas naz at pastamania again...ate some pasta and man its good..alright after eating went to play pool..haha play like crazy..haha and each table cost abt 19++ smackaroos..omg so dam ex sia..but nvm have fun can le..went home and jitao go check the ole bb to see whether i pass a not..then in the end, kena punk'd..dam it man...its nt posted out yet..man..because of this result thing, im losing my precious sleep..anyways thats for monday...and thats nt all....

Today was the orientation...lol so fun sia...we had lessons as usual until 1 then went to slacked wif russell patrick cheeyang hakim they all..until abt 1 50 like that went to attend my commsk tutorial..learn how to write essay today..or smth like that..i feel so jia lat sia my classmates all english dam good de..and me..lol jia pa lang...ok nvm that...orientation started at ard 5 plus..sat in the lt to learn some cheers after that went to one very spacious place to play ice breaking...okok went into our groups...and the games begin..lol we lost 2 games lol so had to do forfeit..lol but it was fun lol we were laughing all along lol...okok after that we headed to the smth like concert hall like that lol i duno whats the name haha..and we play some water games lol so fun..haha..but the fun didnt stop there they started splashing at each other lol all so dam wet then we went back to the lt to get the water bottles and tower...okok now it is the fun part we have our very own 1k04 water war wahaha..everyone was splash until dam jia lat haha...it was so dam nice la...our class bonded even more when we play this splash splash splash until like abt 10 like that then start to take pictures lol every1 was so wet but we are all very happy lol...weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee i love the og leaders and most of all I LOVE MY CLASSMATES!!!

hmm nth to do at home so decided to blog alittle before i go to watch some tv...went tp in the afternoon wif hakim and cheeyang to get cheeyang's form...after tp went to kfc to have our lunch..yum...the zinger burger is delicious..after the wonderful lunch...we sat at the bus start cracking our brains abt where to go later on...our planner which is cheeyang lazy to think of anywhere...cos hes abit pek cek that hes always the one planning lol..so we just hopped on bus 15 and off we go to tampines...hmm the journey was short and in just a blink of an eye we are at tampines mrt...cy and i went to top up our card...dam...my bank only left wif 4 dollars...and i do nt have any cash wif me..oh my god...but luckily hakim lend me $10 for me to top up...dam...im pathetic lar...and after a long struggle we decided to go to vivo dam the train journey was dam long...but finally we reached vivo...ok lets put this simple and sweet...we practically just walk ard the whole place...jus walk and walk and walk and walk without any aim...and finally its abt 7 and we set off for hakim's hse..i wanna borrow death note 1 and 2 and poof...the 2 dvds are in my hands now..muhahahaha..but sadly reality is harsh....my dam dvd player cant play death note 1 but was able to play death note 2...sian la!!! whats the point of watching death note 2 when i dun even know the starting...dam...so now im sitting infront of my comp cursing why am i so suay...hmm have a freaking long day ahead of me tml...haix..sua...for money i will work...argh i totally detest working...................but if i dun work im broke sia......ahhhhhh............okok blog till here....cya all !!
